Really hard working and always punctual. Mohbub completed most of the work but not all, over 2 days which was longer than I expected and also more than he anticipated, he would only complete the rest if we increased the original agreed price which I found unfair as I had clearly explained all details of the job and had agreed the price for this with him, I was not expecting to be asked to increase the price before finishing the works agreed. However, this little hiccup does not take away from the good job he done and the hard work he put in.

Jason was polite and friendly. Vinyl has been laid well, no bumps or air trapped underneath. The only negative is there are 2 small areas (near corners) that haven’t been cut properly which has resulted in the concrete showing, but this can be rectified with some beading or silicone. Other then that he met my requirements. Very happy with the flooring.

Install LVT flooring (glued) for my bedroom. Size: 3.5m x 2.33m The sub floor of the room has been done with 22mm P5 floor boards. Your scope will be as follows: 1. Install 6mm SP101 plywood over the sub floor 2. Put a layer of self levelling compound screed 3. Install the glue down LVT flooring 4. Install skirtings back (they were taken off whilst doing the sub-floor) 5. Install floor beadings 6. Install a door-bar (from room to landing) All material would be at my cost. You price only for labour. You need to get all the materials using your vehicle from the nearby Wickes/B&Q/Toolstation/Screwfix. I will pay you for any materials you buy. Thanks, Nilo
