Find professional underfloor heating installation in West London

Built in microwave and grill. All works as normal but microwave doesn't heat. Unknown make as it came with the kitchen but called Essentials AM35SS.

The floor has already been primed, and tile backer boards have been fitted. I need someone to install 18m² of electric heating mats and levelling compound over the wires. Wiring and connection to a new fused spur, install and wire a thermostat, test the system (insulation resistance, continuity). Provide a Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate. All required materials are on-site, including the heating mats, thermostat, RCD fused spur and self levelling compound.

Hive controller not responding to the system. Could be. Wiring issue.

Hi, I need help with my electric water heating system (see attached photos). It’s a Joule hot water cylinder connected to a Timeguard controller. The issue is that the shower only produces warm water, not hot water – even when I press the “Boost” button. The system powers on, but the water temperature is not reaching a usable level. Looking for a qualified plumber/electrician who can: • Diagnose the problem (immersion heater, element, thermostat, timer, or wiring issue). • Carry out repairs or replace parts if needed. • Prevent any future issues with clear instructions

An emergency plumber visited last week and gave this report. Please give me a quotation to carry out thsse works :) Called out to investigate issue with system not operating correctly. - Upon further investigation, found that the heating expansion vessel had failed, causing the system to discharge when topped up. - The failure is due to debris build-up within the heating system, corroding the inside workings of the expansion vessel. - Also found that the combination valve to the unvented cylinder has failed and is discharging through the tundish. - A new expansion vessel, new combination valve, and a powerflush will need to be carried out to get the system operational once again.

We need the underfloor heating zones to be tested with each room thermostat. There are 2-3 zones which seem to be mapped to the wrong thermostat so zones have to be tested one by one and mapped correctly.

Ok, last time it was a hit water pipe with a little hole and release steam which destroyed the electrical. I hope we catch it earlier this time as I had no error message yet

Oven tripped electrics. The heating element has blown and oven is no longer heating.

We have a Char Broll Gas BBQ only a few years old. Just turned on for the first time this year and it has very low heat and is not heating fully up. New gas bottle. Might need cleaning of burners according to the instruction booklet. In Bushey WD23

Heating is broken. Bosch model series 2

While baking at 200C the oven phase went off, when I switched it on again it wasn’t heating anymore. The fan works, but the oven does not heat up.

Fitting of a radiator in the downstairs cloakroom. This will involve tapping into the radiator in the next door kitchen via a separating wall

I have a tado system installed and need to switch this out. I have a Honeywell totalhome digital timer 7-day/2 channel and would like you to replace the tado. The boiler is a Vaillant ecotec 637. It previously had a similar Honeywell timer linked to wireless thermostats. I also have a totalhome wireless programmable thermostat which should link. Again this mirrors the previous setup. Pictures include photos of the previous setup as installed.
