I do NOT need the whole wall or house re-rendered — just targeted repairs. Could you please provide a quote for: 1. Raking out and repairing cracks in the existing cement render using a flexible exterior filler or polymer-modified repair mortar. 2. We have some retractable awnings on the back of our house. Recently one of the awnings will extend but it won't retract, it can only be pushed in manually. We have had an electrician round to look at it and he says the power is all fine it is the motor that needs replacing.

I have 2x Primrose Manual awnings. The canvas on both of them is old and needs replacing. I would like the existing canvas removed and once replacement canvas has been sourced, the replacement canvas fitted. I can source and pay for the replacement canvas. Need the help in getting the canvas off and fitting the new.

The front of the house is bottom half brick and top half painted cream/magnolia. The painted half is peeling and flaking and needs to be possibly rendered and painted or just repainted. Not sure on typical cost so this is negotiable.
