Hi, I’m looking for a localised render repair on my property in Whyteleafe. I have a few cracks in the exterior cement render, and water is coming in around the window sills when it rains. I do NOT need the whole wall or house re-rendered — just targeted repairs. Could you please provide a quote for: 1. Raking out and repairing cracks in the existing cement render using a flexible exterior filler or polymer-modified repair mortar. 2. Re-sealing around the affected window frames/sills with a high-quality exterior MS-polymer sealant. 3. Spot-painting the repaired areas only to match the existing finish. 4. Confirming what materials you use for crack repair and sealing. 5. Whether the quote includes labour, materials, and any access equipment (it’s a ground floor/first floor property, so scaffolding shouldn’t be needed). For reference, I understand small crack repairs are usually in the £100–£300 range, and patch repairs (1–2m²) £250–£450, with window frame resealing typically £107–£310 per window. Drywall repair - we would like someone with experience to come and repair the gap in the wall. Then painting the wall afterwards to create a neat finish. The person who does the task would need to provide the materials and tools to complete this. However, we do have the paint for this task.

We have some retractable awnings on the back of our house. Recently one of the awnings will extend but it won't retract, it can only be pushed in manually. We have had an electrician round to look at it and he says the power is all fine it is the motor that needs replacing.

I have 2x Primrose Manual awnings. The canvas on both of them is old and needs replacing. I would like the existing canvas removed and once replacement canvas has been sourced, the replacement canvas fitted. I can source and pay for the replacement canvas. Need the help in getting the canvas off and fitting the new.

We have a small section of outdoor wall that needs rendering and outdoor painting done

The front of the house is bottom half brick and top half painted cream/magnolia. The painted half is peeling and flaking and needs to be possibly rendered and painted or just repainted. Not sure on typical cost so this is negotiable.
