I need help with assembling 2 small pieces of furniture: a small show rack and a small coat rack (both from Amazon). I need help shifting a small double bed from wall so I can insert a plug in a socket behind it then push it back again (it is a bit heavy and does not slide on carpet). I need removal and disposing of 10 flattened cardboard boxes as I have just moved in. It is ideal if you have a car or van to take them away. I am 60, bad back and heart condition, living on 2nd floor, so I cannot undertake all this on my own.

I’m buying my first flat (1 bed) and am looking for someone to assemble the new furniture as I’m really not great at it ! The furniture is mostly from Dunelm and includes a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table, chairs etc Willing to pay £250 total and imagine this will take around 2 days (8 hours per day) to complete give or take. Ideally would like someone to come Sunday 20th-Monday 21st july but I can be flexible :)
