My Sonos has multiple speakers including Sonos boost, connect amp 2nd gen and several play1s and soundbar. All has worked solidly for several years but the whole system dropped out a few weeks ago and I don’t have the expertise to fix it despite several hours looking at my WiFi router an calling Sonos support. WiFi is ASUS rt-ac86u downstairs and rt-ac88u upstairs working as an aimesh node together. I think it something to do with the WiFi setup and router software but don’t know f this is true.
