I need help putting a tv bracket on a plasterboard wall

We just had our conservatory roof plastered we need someone to sand down and paint also cork around the edge I have put some pics and the floor plan measurements, we also have some other paint work that needs doing in the house

There was a small leak in the corner of our bedroom, which has now been repaired and the area has fully dried out, but the affected plaster needs to be repaired/replaced and then the room needs decorating (white emulsion) afterwards.

Install a 100cm oak floating shelf onto a bedroom wall - I am pretty sure the wall is plasterboard . Will not hold particularly heavy items - only for decorative purposes - but it is an oak shelf

I wondered if you might know a good, reliable handyman who could help me fix some plaster and sealant work around the pipework in my toilet — nothing structural, just needs re-sealing and a bit of making good around the pipes. I’ve attached a couple of photos so you can see what I mean. Any recommendation would be much appreciated.

Need to repair this roof, I'm assuming it's a case of ripping out the damaged parts & putting up fresh plasterboard over the top.

I just need a small little job of plastering completed around a new extractor I have fitted, see images, perhaps with some edging just below the fan with some sealant above it to finish it off.

Cable struck after drilling into plasterboard wall. Repaired by electrician but as it’s a dot and dab wall it cannot be repaired with a plasterboard patch and a stud, instead, I have been told it can be filled directly in as they are non maintainable joints. Still, given it’s a large hole and the wires/connectors are slightly proud and protruding, I wouldn’t mind the peace of mind of a professional repair with filler before I sand and repaint

Conservatory walls to be 'dot and dabbed' and then plastered. Small area overall. Room is mainly glass - so smaller areas of coverage needed.

I need someone to put up a shelf in my kitchen above the counter to hold recipe books. It is on a plasterboard wall and I have the necessary fittings and brackets. It is above a socket, so need someone who can check for where the wires go as well. I can provide a drill/electric screwdriver if needed.
