There are cracks on the walls and ceiling around the house. It has been inspected and the reason of them is because they are thermal cracks and lack of maintenance on the old house. We own a 3 bedroom home which is a holiday let property. We require the home to be painted internally throughout in the same colour plus glossing the woodwork. (excluding ceilings) The house is set over 3 floors. We require one floor doing at a time so that we can fit it in between guest bookings. Ground floor comprises 1 x lounge room, 1 x dining room, 1 x kitchen, 1 x wc and the hallway. First floor comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 x hallway and 1 x stairwell Basement comprises 2 x bedrooms, 1 x home office, 1 x hallway and 1 x stairwell.
