Office chair repair, back will not Hold

My chair no longer stays up when I change the height! I imagine that there's a problem with the hydraulics

Orangebox office chair locking mechanism is broken and now the back seat is loose.

My office chair keeps going down when I sit on it. I think the gas canister has run out of gas. The chair was purchased in August 2021 from theworkalley.co.uk (which appears to no longer be in business). The chair description on purchase receipt is: high back mesh office chair, ergonomic swivel chair with adjustable head rest and arm rest.

One of the desk chairs in our office has something wrong with its ability to go up and down - it doesn't lock in place and sinks with any weight on it and it's very wobbly.
