I require the following jobs done at a terrace house in Peckham Rye: 1. Front door: replace the existing main door dead/mortice lock with a lock that can be opened from the inside without use of a key, i.e. thumb turn. Ideally, please provide 1 key per tenant, plus 1 spare for the agent = total of 5 keys. If you cannot do this, please let me know how many keys you can provide and I will arrange with the tenants to organise additional copies. 2. Bedrooms: neatly fill all bedroom door keyholes with a solid filler to ensure that the locks are rendered permanently inoperable. There are 3 bedrooms but I don't recall if they all have keyholes, there might just be two. 3. Bathrooms: remove the latches on the upstairs and downstairs bathroom doors and add a privacy lock which can be operated by thumb-turn mechanism alone. There are 2 bathrooms with one door each. I have photos of some but not all the doors in question (apologies for the poor quality one, this is a screenshot from a video I took of the middle bedroom). The bifold doors that lead to you back garden can usually be opened wide. The handle that allows us to adjust the lock has snapped off. The handle is metal

PVC Door Repair – Lock Mechanism Alignment ​Job Description: Seeking an experienced handyman or locksmith to repair a PVC front/back door. ​The Issue: The door handle does not lift smoothly/fully, which prevents the key from turning to engage the lock.

We have two bathroom privacy locks which do not work properly (they were installed by a previous tasker). They do not lock properly and at least one of the doors swings open, because there is no latch, meaning the door is in the way of the corridor. I need someone to fix the privacy latches so that they lock properly to give the person in the bathroom privacy and adjust the doors so that they do not swing open when the door is unlocked.
