supply and lay 20 metres of turf by one metre wide

I have carried out garden project with a landscaper and instead of removing the turf and soil using a skip he has dump half of it in the alleyway behind my back fence. I would estimate there would be atleast 8 to 10 tonnes of soil and turf dumped their. I want this removed responsibly before i get complaints from my neighbours. My landscaper don't do it now.
