I need somebody to lay laminate floor in my 25 square metre room.

Remove old carpert(if I have not by that time) then lay laminate floor i n a medium sized bedroom.

1) Remove all the carpeting from the flat (a bit less than 20msq of floor space) 2) Put in insulation layering 2) Put in laminate flooring (fake wood colour) Whoever accepts the task needs to supply all tools, materials, flooring, remove waste, etc. Floor plan attached, area in yellow has the carpet.

We have the flooring and underlay, none of the beading for the edges but can easily source that.

Laminate flooring needs laid in bedroom . Room will be empty

To be very clear - this is not laying new laminate flooring. I have vinyl laminate click flooring that was incorrectly laid on underlay. As a result, it is spliting in a small number of places and I need to take it up, remove the underlay and re-lay, replacing the broken pieces. (I have the replacement boards that are the same as the exisiting flooring). This is in an open plan kitchen/living room, hallway and bathroom. I think it is a two person job. Area to lift and re-lay: Kitchen/living room: 5.6m x 4.1m Hallway: aprox 0.8m x 4.5m Bathroom: 2m x 3m aprox (I am not 100% certain the bathroom needs doing). Photos show kitchen area that has split. I am unsure of cost, so feel free to quote, but this is not a technical job, as it is a case of lifting up and putting back down. I'm suggesting it is a two person job because it requires some furniture to be moved around.

Replacing carpeted hallway and laminate floored kitchen both with a new continuous laminate floor. The two spaces are joined via a door and are a combined area of 12 squared metres. The job will include removing old carpet and underlay in hallway (4 squared metres), removing old laminate flooring in kitchen (8 squared metres) and fitting new laminate flooring throughout including underlay, flooring trim, and 4 door threshold bars.
