Hire a House Cleaner in Lambeth

Our house needs a good deep clean. Two bedroom, 1 bathroom, one living room, one kitchen home. Wooden floors with one bedroom carpet. Including all dusting, wiping down of surfaces & skirting boards etc, cleaning of inside of windows, washing of floors and cleaning of the oven, air fryer and fridge. No linen washing/changing required. Cleaner to provide cleaning products and all equipment. Contractor parking permit available if required.

I’m looking for an experienced cleaner to give my flat a thorough annual spring/summer refresh. The flat is already clean, tidy and very well looked after—this isn’t an end-of-tenancy clean or a neglected property. I own the flat and would simply like everything brought back to a really high standard with great attention to detail. I’ll upload photos so you can see the property before accepting the task. The flat is approx. 1,400 sq ft and consists of 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a study, and an open-plan kitchen/living area. Tasks include: • Vacuum all carpets and rugs • Mop all hard floors • Dust and wipe all surfaces, shelving, skirting boards and window sills • Wipe doors, handles and light switches • Remove any cobwebs • Clean the kitchen including worktops, cupboard fronts, sink, hob, splashback, microwave (inside & out) and appliance exteriors (no internal oven or fridge clean) • Thoroughly clean all 3 bathrooms including showers, shower glass, toilets, sinks, mirrors, taps, tiles and floors, removing limescale where possible • Dust furniture throughout and leave the flat looking fresh and spotless I have a vacuum, mop, microfibre cloths, Flash duster, sponges and general cleaning products. If you’d prefer to use any specialist products (e.g. for shower glass, chrome or limescale), please feel free to bring them, or ask beforehand what I already have. I’d rather the job was done thoroughly than quickly. Please let me know your experience, whether you work alone or as a team, how long you expect the clean to take, and anything else you’d recommend. Happy to pay more for someone with excellent reviews and attention to detail. If all goes well, there may be future opportunities for regular cleaning. Only need 1.5h regular clean of a full 1 bedroom 1 bathroom flat, need someone who can arrive at 7am tomorrow 17th June.
