I have just bought the property and want someone to check if the boiler has been properly serviced and see if it works with no issues.

Loft clearance (insulation, ) disposal, cleaning (vacuuming)

Thermostat is not working need to check , due to that the radiator are not working and in the bathroom the tub bath sink is not completely closed, so water getting drain even it closed.

Downstairs radiator not heating up, inlet pipe cold. ?pipes need flushing as blocked. Tried moving Trv valve. Tried balancing all rads but not heat to that one at all

Annual boiler service Baxi 10years old

My boiler is a Worcester Greenstar 28i Junior. We need a gas safe engineer to complete some maintenance on it. It needs a new ionisation proton, heat exchangers need a clean out. Additionally, the boiler requires a full service and a clean, not a performance test. The boiler still has 2-3 years life left in it so we require this maintenance to make it last. We keep getting let down by plumbers who keep saying they are coming to do it but they stop responding and showing up. Me and my partner both work for the NHS, my partner is a Nurse is A&E and I’m a healthcare assistant on a busy discharge unit. We are fed up with having to come home after nights/long days and take cold showers and not have the house heat up properly. Someone please help!!! Thank you
