Very Small boiler room has cracks on walls and ceiling to be filled smoothed and painted on . In the same boiler room, a small surface to have laminate flooring to be done. Any holes around pipes be filled with appropriate material. We can provide the paint, underlay and laminate flooring and edge strips. Rest to be brought by you. Must be done with care as it’s where the boiler is located.

Radiator knob was broken and we are unable to turn it on . Also there was a automatic timings were selected and heating is working in specific timings

One loft ladder needs installing in place of a dangerous hatch. We may need a second hatch cut with a second ladder. The lofts need insulation. There is very little at the moment.

We’ve lifted the hallway floorboards while having new carpets fitted and discovered a persistent ticking noise coming from inside the heating pipes whenever the heating first comes on. Initially we thought it was the pipes knocking on joists or against each other, but it seems the noise is actually coming from within the pipework itself. The pipes are around 20 years old, so we’ve decided to replace them. What we need: • Replace existing hallway pipework (map in photo) • Green section: 22mm • Red section: 15mm • Labour only – materials provided. • All pipework to be soldered (no push-fit). • No extra joints unless unavoidable. • Fit proper pipe clips throughout for a tidy, secure job. • No need to worry about floorboards – they’re already lifted. We just need a clean, professional replacement of the run shown. Looking for someone experienced and available soon.

Boiler has been serviced and working fine but next thermostat is not talking to the boiler. Have tried all the system overrides and even override on the boiler but it is not connected.

The top silver box in the photo (with the light) is noisy and needs replacing. The bottom one was replaced previously, so ideally with one like this.
