Looking for someone to replace broken glass panes (one patterned, 3 clear) and repair/replace a rotted wooden sash on a sash window in my flat in Dulwich. Ideally someone with experience in timber sash windows. Happy to provide more photos. Budget is flexible for the right person.

Need help to install door bottom rails for draught proofing

I have some UPVC bay windows and the old caulk/sealant that connects the UPVC trim to each other has cracked and split. It is now causing a draft. I would like someone to remove the old caulk, fit backing rod foam (if needed) and reseal the joints.

Remove and dispose of old glass in the four panes shown in the attached pictures 1 and 2, and supply and replace all four with clear glass. Size of the three full-size panes is approx 22cmx29cm. Block of flats is 1930s but I've no idea if the clear glass in the first image is original or not. Glass appears to be slightly green tinged (pic 3), and is 3mm thick (pic 4). Wood recently repainted (oil-based gloss) so looking for someone who is going to do a neat job with the putty and not cause me to need to ask you to pay to have the frames repainted. You'll need to bring a small step ladder as I don't have one. For info in case not obvious, windows open inwards (over sinks in both cases).
