There will be me (capable of heavy lifting) and at least one other friend, but my friends aren't up for the heavy lifting. I'm aiming to arrive in Manchester before 1:30pm and need to sort out geting the keys from the estate agent -- so I would probably need you from 2:30pm ish. The building has an elevator, but it’s quite small, so not everything will fit inside – some items may need to be carried up the stairs.
