2 boards need replacing and I have the boards

Im getting a damp specialist round to survey the flooring, they need to have the laminate & floorboard lifted before their arrival

The subframe will already be built and level, but I just need someone to cut and screw down the hardwood boards. I have all the materials, tools and mitre saw. I’m just short of time and need to get it done by Friday. Just looking for some with the skills and experience to do the job professionally.

I have recently had my floorboards sanded and varnished, but one floorboard needs replacing as it is rotten and the original builder is no longer available to do it. I have the varnish and stainer (and can buy the floorboard) I need someone to cut the floorboard to size, lay it and nail it down.

I’m looking for a carpenter or flooring specialist to inspect and repair damaged bedroom flooring. It looks like previous tenants may have cut out part of the floorboards or created an access panel. There are visible saw cuts, gaps, drilled holes and a section that appears loose/uneven. I’d like someone to assess whether the floor is safe, check what is underneath before fixing, and carry out a proper repair. The job may involve: * Lifting/checking the damaged section * Making sure there are no pipes or cables underneath * Securing or replacing the cut section * Fitting replacement boards or making the area safe and tidy * Matching the existing flooring as closely as possible This is in a bedroom and I’m looking for a neat, safe repair rather than a temporary filler job. 10 square meters room, needs to install lvt tiles. Old carpets and underlay removed so may need plyboard to supply and put on top of floor boards and then install clicked lvt tiles ( I will supply materials)which is build up with underlay and finishing work.

There’s a terrible smell coming from under the floorboards in the small cupboard under the stairs. I need someone to lift the floorboards to find and remove the source of the smell (may be a dead rodent) and sort it and lay the floorboards down again please. Thank you

*****No Budget in mind yet***** The entry hall in a Victorian terrace needs new floorboards. The existing shall need to be lifted and new T&G ones installed. Hallway measures 4m long and 1m wide. The new floorboards shall be from Travis Perkins. There’s also a need to seek the gaps with filler and install new skirting board. The seal shall need to be perfect so that smells don’t come from the sub floor under the floor boards.

3x smart boards need to be moved. It is a 2-man job (you provide the other person). One needs to go up 2x floors, one needs to go up 1x floor and one needs to go down a floor.
