I have laminate floorboards. They've been shifting around. One has come up and the foam under is torn very slightly. I have replacement boards if necessary but this one needs to be refitted. I am also looking to find the source of the problem to see if I need to book a more serious repair.

Install around 40sqm of laminate flooring and skirting boards on to original floorboard and OSB sub flooring. The job is in a flat across living room, 2 x bedroom, 1 x hallway. Should be an easy task - the plumber needs to access the manhole and didn’t want to remove the decking boards. Boards are plastic / composite and have the torx decking screw head which need to be removed in sequence. Once removed, leave it for a few days while the plumber addresses the issue in the manhole and then return to replace the boards. Labour only, price negotiable. Sand and repair living room floor boards. Previously covered with carpet, boards are original from 1950’s. There is a section in the through lounge where the floorboards keep squeaky and a small section in the hallway where the floorboard looks as if it needs to be screwed down.

Take off skirting board in empty bedroom

Need some small bits of skirting board cut to size with a mitre saw. 4 x 45 degrees cuts and 4 straight cuts

Please put new skirting board and cut laminate flooring for final pieces . We have taken this old skirting off so it would just be fixing new on . Cutting two pieces of laminate wood around radiator as well . Room is 5.2 Sqm but skirting required is 2 square metre hence the price
