We are looking to sand the floor boards in our house, only downstairs in hallway and living room. Approx 5m2 x 3.5m2 living room and a small hallway

I have a staircase of 14 steps. We have removed the old carpet and scrapped the dirt and old glue. Now it needs to be sanded and varnished

Recovering the old wooden floor: restoring the existing timber flooring to its original condition instead of replacing it. The carpet has been removed already. Now in need of sanding the wood to remove old varnish or stains, repairing some damaged boards, and then applying a new protective finish (such varnish).

Removing nails and sanding floor. On the floor plan I have marked in red where there is plywood. We require the wooden floor of our bar to be sanded down, using a heavy duty floor sander (we will provide the machine as per the picture). Floor is about 15m x 5m. Just need the extra help to have it done on Friday 18th July. Ideally need to start at 9am latest until it is completed. Thanks

Hello I need someone to help sand our Victorian pine floorboards downstairs. We have hired the machinery so you don’t need to bring anything.
