I’m part of a complex and there are certain exterior features that need to be kept to managing agents requirements. I’m now needing work to be down to the 2 exterior, front facing windows, painting/touch up for the front door, painting of the railing on the balcony, and skirting on the balcony.

All existing ironmongery to be removed and new ironmongery installed (to be provided by client). 2. Redecoration of 2no French doors - both interior and exterior sides. All existing draught seals to be removed and replaced with new. 3. Redecoration of 1no sash window - exterior side only.
