Belling dual fuel range cooker, which needs unpacking and installing

We need a cooker hood installing over a 90cm range cooker in a kitchen beneath the church. There is an existing extractor fan so there is some ducting already but the hood is to be installed a few meters away so the flue and ducting will need to be extended. There is a cupboard to be removed as well but we have a local DIY specialist who can do that before the hood is installed.

I have 3 maybe 4 ceiling lights that need to be installed and replaced with my old ones. Also need a tv and a shelf mounted in the living room.

Footplate will not rise. Chair will move forward but does not go fully back and footplate won't rise.

Will not recline will go forward to get out of chair but not fully back and front won't raise . I am an amputee so need the support to sit with legs up.

Issues with the electrics on recliner sofa as it wont go back when taken out. At first we thought it was the switch that was faulty, so we replaced it. But still it doesn't work. We tried replacing the power pack too but still no good. Please help.
