Lamp white bit connector broke

I would like 6 new double sockets to be installed in different upstairs bedrooms, these could be run off the existing sockets in the rooms. There are 2 existing single sockets that I would like to become double sockets. There are 11 double sockets which are the plastic white ones that I would like to change to chrome sockets with USB ports. The flooring in the upstairs of the house has not been laid as yet, so cables can be run under floor boards. Decoration will also start soon and therefore, I would like the electrical jobs to be done beforehand. I will provide all of the chrome sockets and you would need to supply back boxes, cabling etc.
