It is an electric massage chair about 20 years old. Never serviced. It is HTT-10CRP

Starter turning strong but engine not firing. Mobile mechanic has done checks on ECU, fuses etc and believes there is a short in wiring preventing positive signal being sent to ECU requiring further investigation by auto electrician familiar with vauxhall vivaro 2005 vans.
