Our hot water is not working and we need to get the boiler checked. It says “blocked flue/condensate”. It’s also due a service. Boiler brand: Ideal Heating.

Santon Premier Plus boiler repair needed. Another air tasker came to "fix it". My original problem was the hot water wasn't heating as normal, only the emersion heater was working. The air tasker sent some one to Replace burnt out thermastat / heating element. . But for some reason he rewired the economy 7 setting for the boiler and switched the emersion worrying so the boiler was on 24/7 and the water was scolding hot (55c). The boiler broke again after a few days. I assume the thermostat / heading element broke again. Need someone to fix the problem caused acne fix the thermostat again and the temperature issues.

I need to remove / uninstall NEST THERMOSTAT from gas boiler

We have a Veissman boiler, it's around 8 years old. The water keeps keeps going hot/cold and it is turning the heating on intermittently. Does anyone have experience with this brand of boiler? I need someone to come and have a look for a second opinion. Thanks!

Hi! We have a small built-in storage cupboard in our hallway with a boiler inside. Strong cooking smells (like garlic and spices) are coming through from a neighbour’s flat — most likely through unsealed gaps or holes around pipes or in the walls. We’re not sure exactly where the smells are coming from, so we’re looking for someone experienced to: Inspect the area Find and seal any gaps Let us know if our expanding foam is enough or if other materials are needed We’re based in Clerkenwell. Essentially our boiler is in a slightly annoying position and we’d like to move it 30cm to the right on the adjacent wall. It would be directly under the heating pipes so no major pipework needed, I can also help with labour if necessary. There’s also a small additional job, an old inactive gas pipe on the other side of the room need to be shortened to make room for a cupboard space. It’s a 5 minute job but requires a gas safe engineer to do which I am not. Photos of each included, the gas pipe that needs removing is the photo with the green circles.

Boiler makes high pitched squeaky noise. When checking boiler the water pressure dial is stuck at 0.

Have a new hot water cylinder with integral immersion element that needs wiring to its spur. Needs a qualified electrician.

My nest home doesn’t seem to be correlating with the boiler and radiators are coming on inconsistently - may need to replace part of it

It was working 2 days before.

The boiler works ok and then goes to flame on display to light up boiler but then it just tick sound and pump seems to not kick in. So eventually after a little while makes the boiler go to F screen.

Please replace existing boiler

The boiler is showing "F.75 Faulty pump/water shortage". There is no hot water. There is cold water. It's a new boiler, I have just switched it on after a long break; noone was living at the property for a while.

Boiler Ariston WRC-NSF Hot water runs out quickly. We do have hot water in the morning but for 5 mins.

My Vaillant boiler has stopped working. It’s an old boiler and I have recently had Val to look at it before they came in. It was working for about 4 to 6 hours a day before losing pressure. Ironically after they have come in to look at it they fiddled with it and completely broke it. They have now quoted me for a brand-new boiler instead of fixing this one. I know the boiler is good. It just needs someone to at least bring it back to where it was before the Val guy came in. Right now, it loses pressure immediately with a sign saying “F 22” I’m sure it can be fixed. Would love someone to pop in and see if they can help. Many thanks.

I have an issue with my boiler / thermostat. Boiler works but the combination isn't working and boiler is just “on” Thermostat being used is a Google Nest If it’s a quick fix, great. If not, I’d like the thermostat disconnected so we can go back to manual hence the budget is more of a call out fee not a long job
