Washer machine has packed in and will be replaced. However our dryer is stored in top of the washing machine, both inside a cupboard. We need assistance removing the dryer and washer from the cupboard, then moving the dryer off the old washer for replacement. Pilling and instillation of the new washer will be handled by the delivery team Monday morning. Following that, we need the dryer placed back on top of the new washer and pushed back into the cupboard.

Pull out washing machine and dryer and disconnect. Remove kickstand to allow for installation of new broadband wiring. Once installed both machine to be put back into place and reconnected. First stage would have to be early morning job as our BT engineer is due from 8 (so around 7/7:30 please).

Washing machine (IWDE126) doesn’t appear to be draining. Clothes remain soaked and water levels high in machine post wash. I’ve tried to empty the filter and lots of water is coming out of it I think it’s either a pipe issue or a part needs replacing. Thanks
