Need someone to inspect possible drainage/leak issue outside bathroom area and identify source of problem. There appears to be moisture/water around exterior waste pipes near the bathroom wall. I need an experienced plumber/handyman/drainage person to inspect and advise whether the issue is coming from my property or neighbouring side before any repair work is arranged. There are also some small gaps/open areas around pipes and bathroom entry points which may need sealing to help prevent spiders/insects entering. Scope: - Inspect exterior pipe/drainage area - Identify likely source of leak/moisture - Advise whether issue is mine or neighbouring property - Minor sealing of obvious gaps if possible - Recommend next steps if further repair required Inspection/advice primarily required for now. Our front door is being replaced and lowered, so we need to redo the front door steps. * Break and entirely remove the top step leading to the front door, * Remove the tiles covering the bottom step, * Remove one course of brick from the bottom step, so it’s 2 courses instead of 3 * Cover the bottom step with a paving slab, ideally bullnose with rounded corners. Advise whether it’s better to do this and only have one front door step, or to make 2 shorter front door steps .

Hello, I need to repair the curtain rail of one of my curtains. The rail has come loose and may need to be replaced with a completely new one. Also, the lampshade inside one of my ovens is cracked and needs to be replaced. And the roller on one of my shower door sliding doors has come loose and needs repair and replacement.
