I need taps/ shower changing due to leaking at joints Tap in the kitchen Shower Shower attachment in bath

We want to switch out the lampshades for 3x bathroom lights in our house but cannot work out how to do this ourselves. See images attached of what the lights look like and what the replacement shades look like. We can't work out how to unscrew the light fitting, and when we attempted one, the bulb stopped working, so we need someone with a background in electrics, if not a qualified electrician. Two of the lamps are on the same circuit in the same room, one in another bathroom.

The sofa is currently too wide to get up the stairs, so the two side arms need to be removed first. Once dismantled, I need the sofa bed carried upstairs to the bedroom and the arms securely reattached. Job includes: - Remove both arms from the sofa bed - Carefully carry/move the sofa bed upstairs - Avoid damage to the sofa, walls and staircase - Reattach both arms securely once upstairs - Bring appropriate tools for dismantling/reassembly The sofa bed is quite heavy, so this may be a two-person job. Replace old vanity and sink with new vanity and sink approximately the same dimensions. Wall tiles need to be drilled for installation and hole for sink cut into worktop which is some kind of stone but not very thick. Vanity unit is already assembled.

I need a handyman or carpenter to repair an outdoor back porch step. The board is exactly 173 cm long.The step is made of standard brown composite decking. It is currently collapsing at one end right where it gets stepped on the most. The underlying timber frame or joist at that edge has likely split or rotted and needs to be reinforced/strengthened so the board sits flat and secure again. Materials: Please source the standard brown composite board and the treated timber needed for the frame.
