There is power to the oven, but when it reaches a certain heat, it trips out. I replaced the oven but it still happens, so the oven guy said it was a problem with the socket.

I need an experienced plumber/handyman/drainage person to inspect and advise whether the issue is coming from my property or neighbouring side before any repair work is arranged. There are also some small gaps/open areas around pipes and bathroom entry points which may need sealing to help prevent spiders/insects entering. Our front door is being replaced and lowered, so we need to redo the front door steps. * Break and entirely remove the top step leading to the front door, * Remove the tiles covering the bottom step, * Remove one course of brick from the bottom step, so it’s 2 courses instead of 3 * Cover the bottom step with a paving slab, ideally bullnose with rounded corners. Advise whether it’s better to do this and only have one front door step, or to make 2 shorter front door steps .
