Hi, I’m looking to get some work done on my shower. The previous owner of the flat tiled over the existing tiles, and around the shower taps/faucets they’ve essentially tiled and sealed them into the wall rather than finishing the area properly. I don’t want the whole shower retiled as I actually really like the existing tiles, and I’ve managed to buy a matching set. I’d just like the area around the taps removed and redone properly using the matching tiles I have, and I’d also like the existing shower taps replaced with new ones. Need old holes filled and both brackets refixed properly, either into the uPVC frame head or into solid material behind the plaster. One window, under an hour. **2. Reseal two kitchen sink areas** Failed sealant along the worktop to upstand joint at two separate sink areas in the same kitchen, plus around the base of the mixer tap at each. Rake out old sealant, clean and dry, reseal with mould resistant silicone colour matched to light quartz. Also tighten the taps underneath if there is any movement. Both Blanco undermount sinks.
