1. HALLWAY: fill, sand and paint around the new window which was recently installed; the window itself was painted, but the make-good wasn't part of the work 2. DORMER: same here - new window was installed; the window itself was painted but make-good needs doing: fill, sand and paint around the dormer window, including the wall underneath where water used to come in - see the stains (before the new window was installed: it's dry now) 3. KITCHEN: both old windows need painting, from the inside and from the outside (scaffolding is there if you need access). This includes filling in the cement gaps in the sill/cill on the outside as water occassionally comes inside. Also paint over a small patch with water marks on the inside, right beneath one of the windows. 4. SMALL FILLS AND GAPS: adding a filler between the door and the wall for three separate doors. Fill out a few other small holes/ patches with filler/ paint just over those little spots. I will provide the paint for the walls and for the wooden windows on the INSIDE but I'll need you to provide paint for the OUTSIDE of the windows.
