I built a new pc a few weeks ago and the ram cards are not working together. I have 2 16gb cards and the PC only boots up properly if I have 1 in the B2 slot, I am not sure if it is an issue with the motherboard/bent cpu pins. Both sticks of RAM work individually (I interchanged them - so they aren't the issue).

I used the data recovery company called OnTrack to save my picture collection - which wasn't backed up - and I'm after some help with extracting and organising the photographs encrypted on the external storage device they sent me, probably on iCloud. I would like to access these and ensure they are all fully backed up and organised forever more going forward on Apple devices and perhaps also on my Dell laptop!) any advice on picture storage and organisation/backing up on Apple and Dell products welcome, and if you can help, in person in London, let me know. Setting up, arranging a browser, removing bloatware, adding to my existing McAfee account + deleting my previous laptop with McAfee. Also setting up Cloud Storage as well as arranging Micrisoft 365 for Excel & Word.

Hi currently I have a ACER monitor VG240Y it’s Hdmi port is faulty and I can’t put anything in there without it falling out or being not firmly in therefore I need a replacement and in contrast I have a 2nd hdmi port which looks like it’s been removed and it’s just a hole I would like to know what the cost would to be to replace the hdmi 1 and a new hdmi 2
