We have 5 Mac desktops in the office that we need wiping/resetting and all new software uploaded. A couple are very slow and one doesn't have an option to do a factory reset. Stuck on guest user and we don't have a password to unlock it.

support for one PC desktop, two PC laptops, one Apple desktop, one apple laptop plus 2 printers and phones connected to a network applications used are standard i.e. Microsoft office outlook, word, onedrive etc we have recurring problems with the PC desktop which crashes for reasons not successfully diagnosed. There are occasional issues of wifi access and printer support.

I have had my MacBook Air for 3.5 years and it has really slowed down. I would like to reboot and reset factory settings etc to speed it up plus get rid of any bugs or issues that might be slowing it down. I am based in West London but can be flexible on day and timings. But would it dealt with asap (preferably this weekend) as need my computer during the week. Just recently bought all the new parts to build my pc ! When i tried to open it i got a black screen ! I tried everypossible solution on youtube and didnt work yet. Ive attempted at building my gaming PC and failed, ive installed the Motherboard, CPU, CPU AIO COOLER, GPU, GPU RADIATOR, M.2, SSD, AND 8 FANS, when i plugged everything in, the PC started up and shut down, the motherboard error code was "02", for that breif second, everything lights up except the CPU COOLER, so i believe there is a problem with the CPU/COOLER, but could be wrong. Ive disconnected all the wires/cables and PSU, and need help getting started and set up from here. Ive failed to build my gaming PC, I turn it on and it shuts back down again, motherboard error code : 02 And aio cpu cooler not turning on.
