Hello, Our small house includes: Hall, Dining Room, Living Room, Kitchen, Deck with table & chairs for 4, Garden (no maintenance required, but a small check to make sure there is no rubbish or fences down due to bad weather etc) 3 bedrooms: 2 double, 1 single Upstairs Hall & Carpeted Stairs, wood/iron Spiral Staircase Dust/clean mirrors and surfaces Hoover and mop (where applicable) Change beds and bag up dirty linen/towels. Deliver to us, or have a designated space for collection. Kitchen: not much usage usually, but check fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Surfaces. Change flowers/replenish snacks, milk. Rubbish out - nearly everyone who stays is good at this, but sometimes the kitchen bin needs a quick clean. Living room / Dining room: check all surfaces, dust, clean table mats. Hoover or mop as necessary. A final hoover of the stairs and entry, pick up any leaves etc. We can give a proper checklist and it usually takes 2-2.5 hours without doing any laundry or windows. This is our Mum’s house that has now become a visiting family home for relatives and guests. We do not accept immediate bookings and prefer to know that we will only be receiving respectful guests due to the quiet nature of the neighbourhood. So far so good, since the end of last August and we are looking to work with someone who can help from time to time as we are both busy working too. Looking for someone local, but can organise parking for you as necessary. All products and equipment provided. Open to your personal suggestions as well of course.
