Need help with carrying things down from my loft. aprox 20 bin bags and a few boxes into a skip.

I need help carrying a carton that weighs 30kg downstairs. My room is on the first floor/flight of a semi-detached house, and there are roughly 15 steps on the staircase. I have used Airtasker before for this when packing a box for a friend and had a great experience, and now need this for a carton for my move! It needs to be brought down for DPD collection. Unfortunately my shipping company set a collection date for today/28th so it would be great to be able to do this asap today. Thank you so much!
