I have a floor heating system, one of the bedroom is not heating up

I am looking for a qualified technician to solve an issue with two Devireg 550 thermostats connected to the boiler via electrical system. *Problem details* - Underfloor heating not working: The underfloor heating system does not activate, although hot water is available and functioning properly. *Thermostat status* - There are two active thermostats: one located near the entrance door and the other in the living room. Both displays are operational and show an icon indicating that the room temperature does not match the target temperature set on the thermostats. Another third thermostat is not active. Additionally, there are two wall switches labeled BOOST and TIMED, which appear to be connected to the boiler or heating system via the electrical circuit. Both switches are functional but do not seem to resolve the issue when toggled. Request: Diagnose the issue with the thermostats, wall switches, and the underfloor heating system to identify the root cause. Perform any necessary repairs. The thermostat for the central cooling is broken. The air con is blowing cold air out so the air con needs to be shut/switched down. So far we are unable to find the fuse for it.
