So there is damage to wooden ply of the wall so wants tk replace it.

We are a small bed manufacturer in Kent. We sent a wooden bed frame to Leeds but it was the wrong height for the customer. The legs need to be cut down with a professional square cut to 250mm high (remove approx 100mm). The timber is 69mm x 69mm square and currently 350mm high. This needs to be done carefully in the customers home with carpets protected from dust etc. The new cut edges are to be chamfered to stop any dragging on the carpet catching any splinters and causing damage. All mess to be cleared up.
