Loft is not converted so will be starting with a staircase install. On a DIY budget but can pay for time as I need a hand with this

The wooden is snapped and I need to be replaced please

We require some repairs to be done to the floor of a tree house. One broken floorboard needs to be replaced (image attached). This needs to be replaced with something strong and weatherproof. The other floor boards need to be taken up with the old screws removed, aligned properly and screwed back in place so they don't move. Thirdly, the tree house is missing one piece of wood which we need to be replaced and then attached to the frame using lag screws. See image attached - you can see the missing bit of wood with a red line. We have the measurements for this if needed. We need both pieces of wood to be replaced with strong wood that has been treated for outdoor use.
