Hello! Hope you’re well. I broke my kitchen cabinets and I would like them repaired the hinges came off the outer door. I would also like some paintings hung but I don’t have a stud finder and I don’t know what type of nails/ screws to use for the walls which are I think a bit hollow :p we also had a leak on the ceiling a few months ago and just needs to be plastered/ painted. The skirting board/trim near the bathroom floor has started to swell, split, and pull away from the wall (photo attached). We’ve been told there may be a leak somewhere, but we haven’t noticed any obvious water coming from the bidet, toilet, or bath. The area is usually dry when we check it. Would you be able to have a look at the photo and let me know whether this looks like water damage and what the likely cause might be?

FASHION wooden side panel of old meter cupboard into hinged door. Remove two wooden strips that form side panel and fix hinges so that side panel can be opened to give better access to electricity meters. I have an integrated freezer cabinet which is proving tricky to remove.

I require a small rectangle to be made from hardwood. The finished rectangle will be fitted inside the recess of the existing leadlight window. Please see photos. Im not sure what sort of budget is required for this type of project. The approx measurents will be 16 x 22 inches. Exact measurements will need to be confirmed. The wood will probably need to be say: 1 . 25 inches x 0.75 inch. The wood should ideally be oak and finished in dark brown lacquer. You will be responsible for fixing the inner frame into the recess and finishing with sealant/filler so that it is draft proof. Photos can be emailed to you. Parking onsite.
