Already cut to size. I have the Oak cut to size but it will need an addition of wood because the box should be about an inch added all around because the water pump sticks out. Wooden oak door to be inserted above the hole in the ceiling, near the gas box. To allow for access to stop cock. 5) Fit oak panel to underside of stairs. Hello, I'm looking for a quote from somebody who has the know how to improve the appearance of our wooden flooring which has been damaged by water stains from a plant pot over last couple of months. I only have a few small jobs I would like done. 2 mirrors to be hung. Coat rack put up and a flat pack shoe cupboard assembled. The most important is the handrail it was up on the wall for 4 and a half years. Taken down to decorate. I cannot stress enough we have a metal framed house, the hand rail is going onto a plasterboard wall. The handrail is heavy. When fitted it was screwed onto wood and then attached to the wall. This info is important because we have had 2 people who recently came and said it could not be done, but it was up for 4.5 years safely so we know it can be. I would like it done ASAP. I have put the 8th as the date but I am flexible.
