Property Maintenance Operative Required – Plymouth Area We are a property maintenance company looking for a reliable contractor/handyman to assist with ongoing residential property works in and around Plymouth. Typical works include: • End of tenancy repairs • Decorating and touch-ups • Minor plumbing repairs • Basic electrical works (where qualified) • Silicone sealing and mastic work • Door, lock and handle repairs • Flooring repairs and replacements • General snagging and maintenance • Cleaning and property refresh works • Garden tidy-ups and external maintenance Most work is within occupied residential properties, rental properties and void properties between tenancies.
