I need some blackout blinds supplied and fitted on a patio door. That has four panes.

The motorised blind has stopped working, it’s paired to the remote but doesn’t work. Unsure where batteries go and don’t want to break

Blind isn't raising at one side. Its only started doing in the past couple of weeks. They open out fully fine.
