The cord on my Hillary's window blind has frayed to the point of breaking. It is the cord on the right you use to raise and lower the venetian blind. I've contacted Hillary's who say they won't repair because it is out of guarantee period. They are sending out replacement cord material for the job. My blind track recently fell down as it had been poorly installed by previous property owner; a contractor came to my apartment for an unrelated reason and saw the track had fell and offered to put it back up for me for free, unfortunately he's done something wrong, the chain when pulled doesnt seem to do anything and the string you pull to open/close them looks to be getting tangled with one of the slats.
