We just moved into our new home in Thatcham. What we want quoted is: - knock the walls between our kitchen and dining room, and dining room and living room out, so it’s all open plan. We may look to only go with opening up the kitchen and dining room if it’s too costly or time consuming. This would also include seeing if we can put bi-folding doors and an updated window to the garden, and installing a new kitchen. - knock out the downstairs w/c by the front door and move it to under the stairs, so under the stairs will need knocking out. - that covers the whole downstairs, so we would then need to look at replacing the floor across the whole space as well.

I have a small living room, hallway and kitchen area that needs a couple coats of paint. The area is fairly small and I already painted 1 round about 250-300 sqft. total. I started decorating a small bedroom but realised I have no idea how to wallpaper a wall. Taken old wallpaper off. Just need two smallish walls re-wallpapered with basic white wallpaper which we will paint over. Doesn't need to be perfect as house is going on the market once done.
