Hi there, We're looking for someone to help us with a thorough clean of our basement in East London. The main job is to clear a lot of dust and spider webs that have built up over time. We also need help sweeping and hoovering the floor, which is a mix of concrete with some of it coming lose. We've already removed all the clutter, so the space will be clear and ready to be cleaned. Here’s what we need help with: Removing cobwebs from the ceiling and walls. Thoroughly sweeping and hoovering the entire floor area. Light steaming of the floorboards (we have a steamer available). We have all the tools ready for you to use: - An old but working hoover. - A steamer. - Brushes, dustpan, cloths, and general cleaning sprays. This isn't a glamorous job, so a dust mask is highly recommended. We estimate this will take around 2-3 hours for one person to complete. We are offering a budget of £60 for this task. Hello (reposting this task as I now have a starting date), we recently replaced our carpet with wooden flooring and we had to replace the skirt-boards too. The house (hallways + stairs + landing + living room + bedroom + office and their ceilings) now needs to be repainted (and some areas of the walls need fixing the missing plaster/ drywall). The walls won’t need a primer but just 2 coats of paint. The furniture needs to be moved (in the center of the rooms or from one room to another). The skirting boards + stairs/handrails and some of the doors (3-4) needs to be painted too. The rooms are this size: - hallways + stairs + landing: 16 sq mt - living room: 21 sq mt - bedroom: 11 sq mt - office: 7 sq mt Thank you

I need to have an wall painted in my room. The wall has had a few scratches here and there and needs to be painted before I move out. It is only this all and the skirting board on that one wall (highlighted in the photos) that needs to be painted. The wall itself is about 3.5m x 2m. I will provide the paint and I have a fresh roller, brush and tape. I just need someone who is experienced in painting and make sure its painted evenly and to a tidy standard with little to zero mess. Ideally I would like this done next week and before the 13th Oct.

I'm looking for an approximate quote for office painting. The office is approx 1080sqft and contains 1 meeting room, 4 phone booths, a kitchen and bathrooms which would all need to be included. We'd also like to get the window frames, columns and doors painted. We're keen to compare lots of quotes but I have added some pictures and a layout plan of the office. I would be grateful for an estimate both in terms of cost and time needed.

I have the paint and a brush just need someone to paint an internal door, both sides and some skirting. It’s a normal sized door. Just need it done nice and tidy.

Update: If you think you can do the job but the budget seems too low please just get in touch with a realistic quote :-) We’ve had insulated plasterboard installed in our bedroom and the finish is really poor. We’re looking for someone who can - smooth down rough edges and fill in the gaps around the beading that has been installed around the window and the edge of the wall (maybe replace the beading with a more attractive finish if possible) - Fix up the skirting boards - Repaint freshly plastered walls - Fill in gaps in plaster Examples of all requirements shown in photos - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, December 29, 2023
