I need new skirting boards in utility area 3.99m max x3.71m max (13'1" max x12'2" max)

Fit skirting in living room and hallway. Already been removed.

Skirting board needs removing. Council property so need someone with credentials and need information on equipment that will be used to remove the skirting board so that I can provide the landlord with this information. See pictures of which part needs removing.

The kitchen area needs about 4 or 5 metres of skirting boards fitted. There's a radiator to work around. Quite a small job.

7 metres of skirting board needs fitting, a new door frame and a new door in an upstairs bedroom. The old skirting board and door frame will be removed prior to the job. We would appreciate if the carpenter could purchase (we will of course reimburse) the door frame to match (as closely to) the photo attached, in pine. The skirting board and door will be provided.

Circa 24m of skirting around perimeter of room required. Frontal door lining/trim also needs adding and cutting into skirting. Materials already available and ready at the property.
