i cant see a leak, but skirting board is new and has rotted already, this will need to be cut out & I have sample piece of skiritng to replace once leak has been investigated

We need our skirting boards fitted in the living room, hallway and kitchen (Kitchen isn’t much as most of it is hidden behind the kitchen units, living room is straight forward and hallway is also straight forward

Hello! We are needing works to the ground floor and stairs of our property. The laminate needs replacing in the living/dining room along with the skirting boards (they have already been removed). In the hallway the laminate needs removing and replacing with tiles. The skirting boards also need replacing in the hallways. The carpet needs removing on the stairs and a runner to be installed with thr floor underneath primed and painted white. We will provide all materials. Floor plan attached, as mentioned it is only the living room/dining room plus stairs. There are some other small additional works that are needed in our property (removing and replacing bathroom basin, changing light fixtures, replacing kitchen tiles). Many thanks, Rana

I’d like the skirting boards in my home replacing and I’d like coving to be installed everywhere. My flat has two bedrooms, one reception room and a narrow hallway. Flat is approx 55sq m. Currently looking for quotes to get an idea of time and cost.

We have a 3x8m room which we need to fit skirting boards to, this would be on most of the walls except one corner which has a kitchen in so will not need skirting. The old skirting is already removed, and we have new MDF skirting ready to be fitted.

We have very high skirting boards and couldn’t find a radiator cover to fit properly. We have bought one which needs cutting so that it can sit flat/be fixed to the wall.

After filling a new floor and radiators the old skirting need to be put back on with parts to be replaced/cut under the radiator. Have some shelves that need to put up. Im sure ill find other things too, depending on how akilled and willing the handy man is :-)
