Removal and disposal of a broken office chair, 4 old pillows and 2 old duvets. They need to be collected from the 4th floor, no lift.

I need my integrated fridge freezer, disconnected and disposed of/recycled. It's a super simple job as it's not fully integrated, the cupboard doors just need to be removed and the fridge freezer taken out and unplugged. There are two short flights of stairs so it will likely need two people.

Hoping to have someone collect and dispose of cardboard boxes from recent house move. The stack is approximately 1.5 metres high, 1.2 metres wide, and 1 metre deep.
