Indoor repainting of ground floor in 4 bedroom house which includes kitchen, dining room, utility room, living room, corridor and downstairs toilet.

Paint kitchen ceiling with coving. 15 square meters I have a stepladder but I am still too short. I have the paint multisurface and walls and celings and brushes and small roller not a long one - the floor and units are due to be replaced so will just cover the table. ***Update - some plastering work is getting completed this week, so it may be possible to combine this with another painting task for a larger budget - apologies for any delay I will provide more detail and revised budget at the end of the week.

I I have an internal wooden trim where self-adhesive trunking was previously attached. When I removed the trunking, it pulled off a large section of paint. I attempted to repair it myself by filling and repainting, but I’m not a painter and the result isn’t good. The area is patchy, uneven, and the paint finish looks wrong. I think the whole panel may need to be properly filled, sanded, and repainted to get a clean, smooth finish. Images attached for reference.
