I need you to: Completely clean and degrease the uPVC window frame with Isopropyl Alcohol to strip old glue residue. Apply Magnetic Strip A around the inner window frame crease. Apply Magnetic Strip B tightly along the borders of the fabric panel. Set up the AC hose through the zipper. Please bring a heavy-duty adhesive remover (like Goo Gone) to strip the old failing glue first!

Hi, I’ve got a JL-MAC-01 9000 BTU portable air conditioner in N1. It’s an R290 self-contained portable unit and it’s showing an E2 fault, which appears to be the coil temperature sensor/thermistor. I’m looking for someone to diagnose the sensor and replace it if required. Do your engineers repair this type of portable unit, and what would the call-out/diagnostic charge be

a water leak was identified in the ceiling directly below the chilled fan coil unit. Further access to the ceiling will be required to remove the full cover and gain proper access to the fan coil unit, including the drip tray and coil. The unit requires a full inspection to identify the source of the leak. The drip tray will need to be removed, checked and thoroughly deep cleaned. The condensate drainage pipe also requires disconnection and inspection for any blockage or restriction,followed by cleaning through to ensure proper drainage. The coil should also be thoroughly cleaned as part of the investigation and maintenance works. Once the cleaning and drainage checks have been completed, the unit should be tested in cooling mode for several hours to confirm that the condensate is draining correctly and that there are no further leaks from the fan coil unit. Chilled Fan Coil Unit Leak Investigation - Provide suitable access to the ceiling to remove the full cover and gain access to the chilled fan coil unit. - Carry out a full inspection of the fan coil unit to identify the source of the leak. - Remove and inspect the drip tray. - Thoroughly deep clean the drip tray and associated components. - Disconnect and inspect the condensate drainage pipe for any blockage or restriction. - Clean through the condensate drainage pipework to ensure proper drainage. - Thoroughly clean the coil as part of the investigation and maintenance works. - Reinstate the components following inspection and cleaning. - Run the fan coil unit in cooling mode for several hours to confirm that the condensate is draining correctly. - Check the unit during operation to confirm there are no further leaks. - Report any further defects identified during the investigation.
