I am looking for the cheapest reliable fix that looks reasonably tidy and halts further water damage. A high-end aesthetic finish is not required, but the patch must stop the rust from bleeding through. There are two high-up areas requiring attention: Above an upstairs window: Cracked/missing render with rust stains running down from the lintel. The underlying steel needs a quick wire-brushing and anti-rust primer treatment before patching so it doesn't bleed back through. Corner of the building: High-up render is cracked, peeling, and falling away, also showing rust stains. Please include the following in your offer: 1. Hi I need an expert to render part of my garden wall - shown in the attached photo. It's a corner. The areas are approximately 180 cms wide x 180 cms high plus 275 cms wide x 180 cms high. The existing wall is in good condition but is painted over with slightly flakey paint. The trellis will be removed by me. I could do the job myself but looking for a professional finish so please only reply if you are an expert at rendering and can guarantee a good finish. Thanks

I am looking to have the cracks patched up on exterior render covering a planter on our roof terrace.

I have had some issues with damp at my property due to issues with an external render.  I am looking to render one external wall (ground floor) at my property to avoid moisture coming inside.  There are cracks in the render and it measured high in moisture in many places. There was previously a lean to shed which has now been removed.  Instructions are: remove the render back to the brickwork. Treat the bricks with three coats of Cementone Aquapruf then render the wall with a moisture inhibitor in the moisture mix. Ensure that the new render ends above ground level in a bell mouth drip. 

I have a terrace wall that needs silicon rendering. The wall is 5.8 meters long by 1.5 meters high at its max height. There is also a small wall area which is 0.45 meter high and 2.5 meter long

We have an area of rough render that needs repairing and smoothing over (previously had a pipe running across the wall which has since been removed exposing the poor render).
