Want to get rid of old furniture

I need to move home. I have a 1 bed apartment, won't need to move any furniture other than tv, tv stand and coffee table. Other stuff will be kitchen appliances (microwave oven, toaster, blender etc.), utensils and clothes. One van should be more than enough for the amount of stuff I have. Me and 2 of my friends will be there to get the stuff in and out of the van. The stuff needs to be picked up from barking and dropped in Brentford. Everything else will be packed in cartons/bags.
