I have some old furniture and rubbish items but am a non driver so cannot dispose if these myself. I would need them taken from my garden, through my front room to get to the front of the house, where they can be loaded into a van and disposed of. Dependant on the size of the van this would probably be 2 trips maximum or one if the van is big enough. You may need a second pair of hands for the bigger items (disassembled sofa and wardrobe pannels)
