The work includes: * Cutting back and removing dense brambles, weeds, ivy and other overgrown vegetation * Clearing accumulated branches, dead growth and loose garden debris * Cutting vegetation down sufficiently to make the garden and paths accessible * Bagging, loading and legally disposing of all waste generated by the clearance * Sweeping and leaving the cleared area reasonably tidy There is also an outbuilding containing various stored items. Only the split and perished sandbags inside the outbuilding are to be removed. The chairs, timber, furniture, tools and all other stored items must remain in place and must not be disposed of.
